It was cleaned, the staff was friendly and very accommodating, buffet breakfast included, location is excellent, near to cinema and market place, also they have a good view of the Popocatépetl volcano, parking lot is free.

Beautiful rooms, reservations from USA were Fantastic. Clean rooms, liked the shower colors, floor and carpet, all brand new. Room service was very needed at night. it was fine. Personal service excellent, breakfast included excellent and good very good choice of food. liked that you recycle. Transportation and transactions very smooth. Very clean. Thank you. We will come back again next year if we travel to Puebla. Thanks.
