Very nice hotel and friendly staff. They did great cleaning my room. The breakfast served is nice but the menu is the same everyday. Perhaps they can change the menu. The room is very clean and well maintained.

Beautiful rooms, reservations from USA were Fantastic. Clean rooms, liked the shower colors, floor and carpet, all brand new. Room service was very needed at night. it was fine. Personal service excellent, breakfast included excellent and good very good choice of food. liked that you recycle. Transportation and transactions very smooth. Very clean. Thank you. We will come back again next year if we travel to Toluca. Thanks.
