My philosophy for patient care is to have a precise diagnosis, for which I apply all my knowledge in neurology and conduct a complete neurological physical examination. I also review laboratory and imaging studies that allow me to make an integrated diagnosis.

I consider conservative medical treatment, and surgical procedures are proposed only when there is no other alternative for solving the patient's problem. I always follow the treatment protocols designed by neurosurgery associations.
I am not in favor of aggressive procedures and always consider the patient as a human being to be served. The motto in medicine, "first, do no harm," is very important to me.

Certification by the Mexican Council of Neurosurgery, with current recertification valid until December 2016.
