bullets I come to Cancun often and Dr. Rolando does all of my Botox. He and his assistant are always very polite and professional. They always work around my schedule and I'm very appreciative of that. The fact that they are bilingual is a huge help to me as I swear, I cannot learn another language to save my life. I am surprised at the 2 bad reviews, I have never experienced this lack of communication, which leaves me to wonder if they are even real?

bullets I absolutely loved the establishment, the staff and the doctor. It’s a very accommodating space and questions are always more than welcome. I had no idea what to do with my nose and it is one of the most noticeable features on someone. The doctor explained in great detail how he would shape my nose to the perfect size for my personal features! My experience with the post op surgery went flawless and the staff were very accommodating and nice.
