came to Merida with many inconsistent stories from different dentists in Denver. From the beginning, Ideal gave me a very logical treatment plan and showed an incredible level of dedication to saving as much of each tooth as possible. While most of the dentists wanted to jump strait to crowns, Samantha worked with me to be as conservative as possible while being thorough. She also made a couple of adjustments afterwards, being very patient and dedicated to me having a great outcome. Also, I had originally wanted to be put under or sedated for my root canals in the US, but Guillermo the endodontist got me any my severe anxiety through 2 root canals with zero issue.
I am overwhelmingly pleased with the quality of work and value this office provided. Everyone in this office has my respect and my gratitude for their professionalism and the skill they apply to their craft. As a plus, they are just good, kind people.
