Pap and HPV test
A pap or HPV tests are different tests used to help diagnose and detect
precancerous cells in the cervix. Both procedures take approximately 20 minutes
and involve taking a small sample of the cells of the cervix.
Colposcopy is a procedure in which, the gynecologist examines the cervix and
vulva to find abnormal cells in the cervix or genital warts. During the
procedure, you’ll laid on your back with your legs in supports. Then, the
specialist will use a colposcope to see into the vagina.
