Graduated as Surgeon at the Autonomous University of Nayarit, later specialized in Ophthalmology at the National Medical Center of the West in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Dr. Juarez has focused his practice on cataract and refractive surgery and has become one of the leading surgeons in the border of El Paso Texas and Cd. Juarez Chihuahua; he is recognized as one of the best ophthalmology specialists in the area.

Founder and medical director of the “Fundación Rayos de Vida” in the city of Cd. Juarez Chih. where he helps hundreds of patients with visual disabilities. He is constantly in courses of national and international continuous medical training, including the UTSA and is a full member of the Mexican Council of Ophthalmology.
