Academic and professional career I studied medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí. Graduated with high academic performance. I specialized with two years of Internal Medicine at the San José Hospital of the Tecnológico de Monterrey. I continued with my postgraduate training in Cardiology at the "Ignacio Chávez" National Institute of Cardiology. I completed my studies in interventional cardiology and hemodynamics at the Hospital Central Sur de Alta Especialidad de Pemex.
