When the inner part of a disk pushes into the outer side of the spinal nerve
it’s known as a herniated disk. Non-surgical treatments, rest and
anti-inflammatory medication are advised over surgery to relieve the pain.
Surgery is only recommended if the pain persists.
Bone fracture repair
Repetitive activities or medical conditions can cause a crack or total fracture
of the bones. Small injuries can be treated with rest and placing a cast.
Complex fractures require surgery to help the bone set in place.
