Laser resurfacing information and prices

Doctors use a laser to precisely remove skin layers to give the skin a younger and healthier appearance. This is a same day procedure.
This procedure is done under local anesthesia. Depending on the patient’s needs, doctors may decide to use either an ablative laser that removes thin layers of skin or a non-ablative laser, which stimulates collagen and tightens the skin.
After the procedure is done, the doctor will bandage the area to protect it.

Depending on your medical history, your doctor will prescribe you with the appropriate medication. You are also advised to avoid direct sunlight for 2 months before the procedure.
