Tubal recanalization is a minimally invasive procedure used to clear blockages in the fallopian
tubes caused by scar tissue, infection, fibroids, endometriosis or tubal ligation.
Blocked fallopian tubes are a common cause of infertility in women. Any blockage on the
fallopian tubes prevents the sperm to reach the egg, thus its fertilization. During a fallopian
tubal recanalization, the gynecologist, introduces a catheter though the cervix to reach the
