Bosque de Chapultepec is one of the largest and most iconic urban parks in Mexico City; this green lung isn’t only a natural refuge in the middle of the city but also a cultural and historical center of great relevance.

Museo Nacional de Antropología
The National Museum of Anthropology is one of the most important museums in Mexico and Latin America. Inaugurated in 1964, it hosts the most significant archeological and ethnographic collections of the country, with 24 exhibition rooms that explore the cultural diversity and the heritage of the Mesoamerican cultures. Its most famous item is the monumental sun stone, or Aztec calendar, and its rich architecture makes the museum attractive as well.

Zoológico de Chapultepec
Founded in 1923, the Chapultepec Zoo is an emblematic place in Mexico City and one of the most visited. With free admission, it hosts over 200 animal species from different parts of the world, and its exhibitions are arranged in six geographical areas. Throughout its history, it has stood out for its conservation efforts, being a pioneer in the reproduction of the giant panda outside of China, and it remains an educative and recreative destination for families.
Castillo de Chapultepec
Chapultepec Castle is a historical building located atop Cerro del Chapulín. With origins that date back to the viceroyalty of New Spain, it has functioned as a military college, imperial residence, and presidential residence. Nowadays it works as the museum of national history, a place that narrates the different periods of the country through its wide collection of items, documents, and artworks, while also offering panoramic views of the city from its terraces and gardens.
